How much does it cost?
Prices start from $1750 plus GST per month. This gets you a full-time team member. A start-up cost of $2000 plus GST also provides a laptop, second screen, essential peripherals and initial training.
How do I get started?
Have a chat with us and we can explore your needs. Together we can look at what you require and get the ball rolling. We can tailor your employee to your needs. Any accounting process or business admin can be done. Initially, as with any new team member, it will take time to get used to your systems.
What about checking how things are going?
It is strange not being able to see what’s going on. Don’t fear. You are able to contact your staff member whichever way you prefer - email, Skype, What's App etc. Your team member will email you as often as you want for progress updates. The lines are always open. Remember, having Susan on the ground means potential little niggles can be sorted quickly without you even needing to be contacted. How good is that?
How knowledgeable are the team members with New Zealand tax laws?
All team members are trained by us. We have guidance systems in place. Susan has years of working knowledge you can rely on, and if needed, she knows experts she can call on. We call the IRD if needed. You don’t have to worry.
How secure is all the data being shared?
You have full control over what your team member sees. If you choose to use remote desktop software, then everything is at your end. Using Xero, you can see everything. All our work is done in the office, we do not let anyone take home their laptop.
